Quick & Easy Weeknight Recipes

I may be a SAHM, but I’m always looking for quick & easy recipes.

We have 3 teenage girls, at 2 different schools, on 2 different basketball teams and it’s that time of the year! We have anywhere from 2-6 games a week starting at 5 pm. It gets expensive grabbing something on the way home every night that we have a game.

Everyone gets tired of spaghetti, tacos, and ramen noodles lol. So I try to mix it up and I wanted to share these quick and easy recipes with you guys that are also on the cheap side, they’re some of our favorites!

3 Quick & Easy Weeknight Recipes

Ham & Beans with Cornbread

The first time I made this recipe,  my husband said it was too sweet for him. So the next time I made it I left out the brown sugar and everyone loved it. I just use Jiffy Cornbread Mix and the directions are on the box; sorry not a food blogger lol. But, you can get the recipe for the ham & beans HERE.

Savory Beef & Noodles

When I made this recipe last week, you would I have thought that I told everyone our dog died! I got “are you serious?”, “seriously?”, and “beef stroganoff is the worst!”  However, they licked the pan clean and wanted to know why I didn’t make more. But had I told them it was called Savory Beef and Noodles; well I won’t tell you what they would have said. You can get the recipe here.

Crockpot Pork Chops

This one is SUPER easy and it’s soooooo good! I grab some premade Country Crock Mashed Potatoes, a bag of rolls, and approximately 6 hours later; dinner is ready. The pork chops are literally fall apart delicious!
